Message From The Dean

Welcome to the Faculty of Pharmacy at
Alexandria University. The Alex Faculty of Pharmacy was established in 1956; it is the second faculty of pharmacy in Egypt.
The Faculty offers five academic programs: at the undergraduate level,
the Bachelor‘s degree in pharmaceutical sciences. At the graduate level,
we offer a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD), Diploma of higher studies and both Master and Doctor of
Philosophy (PhD) degrees in pharmaceutical sciences.

Our Vision to the Faculty of Pharmacy is to take a distinguished
leading position at the local and regional levels. We have dedicated ourselves to ensure our students receive a quality
education and to provide the health care team with pharmacists capable of delivering the diverse pharmaceutical care services.
In addition to preparing quality pharmacists, our staff members are dedicated scholars who make valuable contributions in the
pharmaceutical and medical research. The faculty also establishes a collaborative partnership with the pharmaceutical companies
and the community.

Quality Assurance
Quality assurance unit–faculty of pharmacy-university of Alexandria represents one of the important continual assessment tool and dissemination center of quality culture at the staff members levels. It also improves the quality assurance abilities of staff members and administrative systems.
